Good news, Star Wars fans! There will be a new Star Wars movie in December! Great news, right? Ok, for those of you that have already spent years anticipating this, there's more good news. We get the final trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens during halftime of ESPN's Monday Night Football broadcast tonight. Too impatient and need something to hold you over? Here's the brand new official poster, and some new footage (and some new audio) to hold you over!

Here's a clip of some of our heroes. This is just more footage (and music) that corroborates the very Original Trilogy vibe we've been getting so far. just drink in the Star Wars feel and bask in that french horn Force Theme/Binary Sunset variationfrom John Williams.

TIE Fighters. That sound never gets old. We also get more audio from BB-8. We got to hear his sound at celebration, but it's a very fresh new sound compared to the standard beeping of R2-D2 and other Astromechs we've heard before.

Poe Dameron. Black X-Wing. Finn. Falcon. Check it.

We've already seen this BB-8 clip. It's one of the first things we saw for the movie, but now we have some BB-8 audio to go with it.

Lightsabers. Sounds like Luke/Anakin's lightsaber, and maybe Kylo Ren's? Guys, there's going to be a lightsaber fight!

Speaking of lighsaber fights...

This is only a few seconds of the trailer we'll see tonight, so keep your eyes peeled and your fingers on the F5 button. It'll be here before you know it!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens will hit theaters December 18th, 2015. It is starring Daisey Ridley as Rey, John Boyega as Finn, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Carrie Fisher as Leia, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Peter Mayhew as Chewbacca, Anthony Daniels as C-3PO, and Gwendoline Christie, Domhall Gleeson, Adam Driver, Max Von Sydow, Andy Serkis, and Lupita Nyong'o in as of yet unspecified roles.
